We were really let down by the service though and the response of the manager when I called immediately to let them know the order was wrong… I was first told that I was wrong and then when I offered to provide photographs, I was asked to call back later as they were busy!! I was significantly over charged for the wrong food and will not be ordering again.
I ordered this via a takeaway platform that just processes the payment. Peking Aroma use their own delivery driver who was extremely late. I would have been willing to overlook this had the food been good. However, the duck I ordered was undercooked and pretty much raw. I ordered the crispy duck so it shouldn't have been like this. The sauce to go alongside it was watery. When I put it on the pancake, it ran off as it was literally just brown water. The rest of the food I ordered was also cold. They refused to refund me as no one has complained about their duck before. Awful food but disgraceful customer service. Do not bother with Peking Aroma.
Absolutely shocking! Food was delivered 2 hours late and stone cold. No one called to apologise for the delay or offered a discount for the food. I guess they don't care. Take your money job done. Avoid this takeaway at all costs!
I ordered a selection of meals via Just Eat, the service and food was good, I’ve left an Average because it was “Very Good” but would recommend as a take away or delivery service.. it was a worth the money place... My favourite has to be Roast Duck Cantonese Style
Nice food spoilt by the fact that it was 2 hours late. We knew they would be busy so that's why we pre ordered at 14.30 ready to be delivered at 18.40. It came at 20.35. Not impressed.
