I ordered my pizza at 9:31 pm. The lady who was supposed to be delivering it said she and the wrong address, and then she never delivered my food. I called and the worker I spoke with was very nice and he sent my food out again for free. Then the secondworker also got my address wrong, and it?s currently 11:40 pm and my food still isn?t here.
The decor is simple and tidy, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the pizzas are quite large!
I ordered from Pizza Hut for the first time, as I usually prefer local mom-and-pop places. I spent $60 on two large pizzas and breadsticks. However, the large pizzas felt more like a medium size at other pizzerias. The cheese pizza was burnt, and the pepperoni pizza lacked flavor. Now I understand why so many of their locations are closing down.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this restaurant. I placed a pickup order at 6:45 PM and was informed it would be ready by 7:45 PM, but that never happened. I found myself waiting in the restaurant until 8:30 PM. When I inquired about my order, the staff had difficulty locating it and I overheard them mentioning that it might have been thrown away! I couldn't believe it—if they had truly lost my order, I could have ended up with a cold, subpar pizza salvaged from the trash. Finally, at 8:45 PM—two hours after my initial order time—they informed me it was ready, although it was still being prepared. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I wasn't the only one; about ten other customers were similarly dissatisfied.
