Sweet N’ Healthy - side

This is my go-to place when I need energy or to fuel up after the gym! So delicious, everything is made fresh everyone is so welcoming and friendly!! My recommendation are the protein crepes! And the Watermelon Whammy refresher. The bowls are amazing too! I can go on and on! I love supporting family owned businesses it’s definitely one of my favorite places in the city!

Super weird rule that you HAVE to have HERBALIFE protein powder in your shake. Even if you pay full price, ask them to put the protein in the garbage etc they make it impossible to have a regular fruit shake. Just be aware this isn’t a regular smoothie shop, it’s an extension of a multi level marketing conglomerate that’s been at the center of a ton of controversy. Also it took 10 minutes for a basic smoothie which wasn’t particularly good.

Super SLOW service and staff is unfriendly. There were 2 people working and a simple strawberry banana smoothie took 15mins to make and another 10mins for them to let me pay. Also everything has protein powder. I asked if I could skip the powder but still pay for it and they would not let me. I asked if I could have the protein powder on the side and they also said no.

I get the tea-chelada refresher with Tajin. I love that they offer healthier treats as I'm watching my sugar intake. Always friendly service and great prices.

Went here today and had a medium butter pecan protein shake for $8 tax included. It was great and it filled me up. I think I will become a regular customer.
