Starbucks - Sierra Vista

Update: this location has improved a lot on their speed. Out of all the starbucks stands in Sierra Vista, this location is best for speed, accuracy, and courtesy. This isn?t the fastest location, but they aren?t an actual full service store, so they are overwhelmed and understaffed. It would be nice if Sierra Vista actually had a drive thru. The restaurant was extremely chaotic. Despite placing my order for two drinks, two other customers received their drinks before me, despite arriving after I did. This occurred over the weekend and, typically, the staff is very friendly, but that was not the case during my recent visit. The service was terrible.

According to Google, Safeway Starbucks opens at 5am, but this is not true. The café actually opens at 6am. However, they serve good coffee and good breakfast options.

This is my favorite Starbucks to come too. Even when the lines are long and they have a lot of drinks, the employees are always so nice and seem calm. Alyssa and Phil are so friendly and kind. Today when I went in to get my drink tweaked, Alyssa was more than willing to I have it remade and had my try it right there to make sure it was perfect (it was! Their customer service is impeccable!!

Went there with my daughter. The lady was not friendly at all. Specifically asked to redeem my points. Instead my card was charged when she scanned my phone. Giving 2 stars because my daughter liked her strawberry funnel cake frappe without espresso. We all have our bad days but when customers are trying to be nice to you, you should try to do the same. If not, I'm sure there are other people looking for employment who deserve a chance.
