Starbucks - Silver Spring

At a visit of dieucks yesterday at 5/14/22, the coworker mayra (I think this is the writing of her name) went beyond and beyond the young African American woman, who extremely impressed me. her posture and her demon was so gracious that I thought she was a man in the service. She literally made my day extremely better after an ice-cai tea about my auto spill from the picking up position (the lid was not right up, after picking up by online order), but neither from this opportunity after running back and she immediately understood the frustration. she was super excellent and nice while she was busy. her service was immaculate that I told her that I came back to this place. (although I'm closer to others) but she was so amazing. had not been so service in one because! scare her!

The workers at this location have great personalities. I have observed how they greet the customer and answer all types of questions. The dining area is clean. Though I would like to see them wipe down the tables after each guest. Overall my experience here has been great.

The location is well staffed and pretty much that can make all the difference at SBX. GOOD coffee drinks here as you have come to expect. The access out onto the main drag is a little dicey because of heavy traffic. But take your time and wait for the light.

I order ahead on my app when I got there my order was not ready which is fine I know they are busy but while I am standing waiting for my drink I notice that the barista by the name of FRE put my drink out and just lifted up her shoulder and did not even say my name lifting her shoulder like I don’t care I won’t say her name) I felt discriminated by this lady because she clearly has said my name before and now all the sudden she forgot and she was calling everyone name that she was placing the drinks out for but me. That was a terrible experience!!!

This location always gets the order right and quick service. You won't wait on line too long.
