New person training was very thoughtful and considerate. Trying to do a good job. It's so refreshing to see. Everybody in the store was very attentive. Clear-eyed, no attitude, eager to help and serve. Left a nice tip. For the price, that's the best pizza.
I've come here for years.......Nothing like getting met with snide remarks.All because I accidentally left my phone at home and Had to order at the counter I guess it's highly frowned upon. Nevertheless if this is how Papa Murphy treats their customers. I will take my business Across the street Two domino's..
I must say, the Papa Murphy in Silver Lake/ Mill creek area has an employee named Brandy who gave really good customer service! She suggested the New Yorker (original crust) and it was deliciooooosooooo ! And luckily, I was able to nab the last Mediterranean salad! But above all, Brandy receive a tip-off because her customer service was excellent!P.S. Because I take my reviews serious, I gave it an honest review of 3 via atmosphere because store has not had a facelift since opening ? but it can be seen as a otherwise clean environment.
Hate the service.Use to have great friendly employees but lately the service has been horrible!I called in 30min early to place a single pizza order. After arriving 30min after calling in, I was told 5 more minutes for my pizza. 20 more minutes went by as I stood in store waiting. Only after I had asked when my pizza would be ready, they discovered it was ready on the rack the whole time.Wish they had better, friendlier service and were more aware. ?
