Starbucks - Silverton

Better customer service than most Starbucks in Portland, OR. I love it in smaller towns and the batistas were really conversational. Appreciate doing business with them.

The baristas at this restaurant are friendly and wonderful! I have no issues with their customer service. However, the hours of operation are inconsistent and the restaurant is often closed when it should be open (possibly due to personal reasons). There are also issues with the availability of items such as syrups, food, and seasonings. It is not as reliable as the nearby Dieducks in Safeway, which is always open and stocked as expected.

I typically love the drinks at this restaurant, but was disappointed to find that about a quarter of my drink was missing when I opened it. I hadn't taken a sip yet because it was so hot that it burned my throat. When I finally did try it, the matcha tasted bitter because it was made too hot. The staff is usually very friendly and I rarely have any issues, but I was asked to leave today.

The restaurant does not adhere to their advertised opening hours, but the staff is friendly and the food is delicious.
