Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe ambiance is lovely, but the food is merely average. I ordered salmon with lobster and tomato risotto, but I couldn't find any lobster in it—there was no flavor or visible trace. The salmon was completely unseasoned and served as plain as can be. The aioli didn’t complement the risotto, tasting mostly of mayonnaise. Despite the restaurant having only five or six occupied tables during our visit, the service was still surprisingly slow.
We hosted an event for 75 people at Metro Bis this weekend, and I wish I could give it 10 stars! The food was outstanding—delicious and inventive—and a special family dish was recreated with skill and enthusiasm. Our guests enjoyed every bite and many praised the service. The staff was both friendly and exceptionally professional! Courtney, the event manager, was incredibly prompt in responding to emails and handled every concern with assurance and expertise. The planning and execution of our event were truly a dream come true!
**Meal Type:** Dinner **Price per Person:** $50–100 **Food Rating:** 2/5 **Service Rating:** 5/5 **Atmosphere Rating:** 3/5 I recently dined at this restaurant and while the service was outstanding, the food left much to be desired. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcomed throughout our meal, earning a solid 5 out of 5 for their excellent service. However, the food was disappointing and simply did not meet my expectations, rating just a 2 out of 5. The atmosphere was average, providing a decent setting but lacking any unique charm. Overall, while I appreciated the service, the quality of the food was a letdown given the price range.
Update: Unfortunately, I noticed a decline in food quality since my last visit a year ago. The salad was overly dressed, and the crème brûlée was burnt, which was disappointing. Still, if you're willing to splurge a bit, it might be worth a visit. However, I cannot recommend the drinks, as they are quite overpriced. If you’re in the mood for wine, opting for a bottle is a better choice than ordering by the glass. On the positive side, the building is beautiful, though it can get quite crowded on weekend nights. The main course was well-prepared, which I appreciated.
Tracy and I were invited out by our wonderful friends, Mark and Mary, and they chose this restaurant. Everything was exceptional. It started with our host, Sebastian, and continued with the wine, drinks, food, dessert, atmosphere, comfortable seating, and the spacious dining area. It was all fabulous. Service: Dine-in. Meal type: Dinner.
