First of all, there is the very discreet place from the outside, so discreet that we didn't find it first. Then the decor, very design. And the master of the place, who welcomes you like friends, so it's not about a meal in love, although we were alone in the restaurant. Obviously, there is the meal or rather the experience because that's what it is about We have to come in the open mind because we come out of there perplexed, unbridled but happy. It's not about cooking in fact but chemistry. The restaurant looks more like a lab than a kitchen All tastes are there but the structure of food has been modified to arrive at the quintessence of food To live at least once in his life! There are unforgettable culinary adventures and here is one. The reception is great, a lot of exchanges with Gioseppe the chef, a remarkable setting, a small intimate room... and the kitchen is amazing. It's very fine, it's very good, it's very beautiful. We were alone in the restaurant. It was perfect for us and Gioseppe seemed nevertheless delighted. Come on because these places are rare. Provide 214€ for two people with wine and water, no payment otherwise.
Just amazing surprising, excellent and with a smile in addition.... for the respect of the chef and his model of operation (fresh and Rob quality products bought the same day and only for reservations made set up long and only according to bookings) Thanks for NOT decommanding less than 24 hours in advance... not respectful and could jeopardize this culinary jewel Thanks
