Chick-fil-a - Sioux City

Ordering online turned out to be a waste of time. We placed our order 20 minutes before arriving, yet we still had to wait in line for an additional 15 minutes. To make matters worse, when I finally reached the front of the line, at least four people who came after me received their food before I did. It’s frustrating trying to figure out their system, especially since they've removed the carry-out option.

They do an excellent job of taking care of customers with a smile and a strong focus on service. I really enjoy the waffle fries—they're always hot and perfectly cooked. Thank you for your hard work!

Omg. I had never been to one before. People kelp on telling me I had to try it. So I did Lord Jesus I have to say the best chicken place in the world.

I took my daughter to the drive-thru, and she already knew what she wanted, but I didn't. The line was extremely long, and they had staff outside taking orders. I explained to the lady that my daughter had made her choice, but I was still deciding. She informed me that she didn't have a menu on hand and hurriedly went through a few options. I ended up ordering a spicy chicken sandwich that I wasn't really in the mood for, but I went with it anyway. I felt rushed throughout the process, and I was quite disappointed with my meal. However, my daughter enjoyed hers.

For most people, waiting 20 minutes for their food might seem worth it, especially since this place is always packed and clearly loved by many. However, I can’t imagine waiting in line here again. Honestly, the food just isn’t worth a 20-minute wait.
