Chick-fil-a - Sioux City

The store is always filthy when we go inside, the bathrooms are in poor condition, food from previous customers on floor and tables, stains on little patio area by drive through (which really who wants to eat in a small area outside with nonstop customers driving past you). There's an occasional visit where we go through drive through and the food is hot and fresh but for the most part the fries and sandwiches/chicken pieces are closer to room temp and this is after an average 10-20 minute wait to place order and get food, then eat it in closet parking lot (mall). They definitely have trouble keeping up with the massive demand they have been getting. We've opted for other restaurants many times due to the quality of atmosphere, service, and food decline. Parking: Restaurant parking lot is usually a traffic jam, the mall parking is close but that also carries over the extra traffic jam for drive through and can be very dangerous trying to walk across to chik fil-a

Went through the drive thru and just ordered Mac and cheese late at night and they where very busy and got through the line very quickly. Good job to the drive thru workers.
