Front line employees need refresher on customer service. No greeting, no eye contact, not friendly. Not 1 but 2 cashiers and m1 other, maybe supervisor. No unlimited bread sticks anymore. Can't scan QR Code from app for points, what's the point of the QR code?

Great value, and very yummy! We always leave with leftovers.Parking: Parking is easy and convenient.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

Well I believe it was my 1st time eating at Fazoli’s n wasn’t disappointed at all! Food was delicious, staff was attentive and kind! definitely recommend!
