Dunkin' - Sleepy Hollow

I often find that my order is rarely correct on the first try, and for some reason, it always takes a long time at this location.

I would recommend avoiding this location. During my last two visits to the drive-thru, I waited over 15 minutes each time, even though there was barely a line. They really need to hire more staff.

I ordered two medium iced coffees, but the barista attempted to hand me a small one. When I informed her that I had ordered a medium, she got annoyed and said the other staff member had charged me for a small. I reiterated that I wanted a medium, and she went to the back, transferred the small coffee into a medium cup, and topped it off with cream. It was absolutely disgusting; if I had wanted milk, I would have ordered it that way!

Absolutely terrible service. Several times they?ve given the wrong items. Save your money and go to a different location, or double check that your items are correct. Drinks are watered down, food items end up burnt.

Horrible. Every dunkin in this area is just awful. They ALWAYS screw up my order no matter how many times I come here. I don't think I've been to a dunkin in this area that has ever got my order correct or made properly. Terrible service.
