I needed a smaller cake than what was listed on the menu, and they went above and beyond, making a lovely heart-shaped cake for me. It was perfect for our first anniversary lunch. If I could give them a 10, I definitely would!

I had a pleasant experience stopping by this place after my meal at Swiss Chalet because I was in need of dessert. The service was quick and efficient.

I regret to share that my recent visit for ice cream, which was supposed to be a cute date with my boyfriend, was somewhat spoiled. While I was placing my order, a rather large and unkempt employee took care of me, mumbling throughout the process. It was unfortunate, but I could actually smell him from across the counter. Additionally, he seemed oblivious to his surroundings, bumping into his much smaller coworkers, which was quite chaotic; I even saw one poor girl get pushed several feet back. I genuinely think he needs to improve his personal hygiene and be more aware of his workplace environment. Thankfully, I eventually received my ice cream from a more hygienic staff member, and it was delicious!
