Martini's Organic - South Daytona

Absolutely fantastic food and service! Everything was perfect! We celebrated our 25th anniversary here, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! It was such a delightful experience, and we were thoroughly impressed by the overall ambiance and presentation!

I stopped by Martinis for a late dinner while visiting Daytona for the night. I particularly loved the rose bubbly martini; it was absolutely delicious. The filet mignon was also outstanding. Our server, Raven, was fantastic—super friendly and efficient. Although we didn’t dine outside this time, I will definitely come back for drinks on their amazing patio, which looks incredible!

This is truly the best restaurant in the county. Claudia and Clay make an outstanding team, providing an exceptional dining experience. The menu is always fresh and features a few favorite dishes that I hope they never take off. The food is organic, grass-fed, locally sourced, and consistently fresh. The atmosphere is both refreshing and stylish. You won't find another place like this in Daytona.

What’s not to love? The food is incredibly fresh, the service is excellent, and the desserts are amazing. I was especially impressed by the dairy-free coconut ice cream! The ambiance is delightful, and the outdoor seating is especially enjoyable. I absolutely adored the duck—it’s the best I’ve ever tasted!

I have two points of feedback. First, while the appetizers were delicious, they seemed a bit too elaborate for my liking. As for the dessert, it was enjoyable, but the ice cream had a grainy texture. I would suggest focusing on the main dessert selections, as they could improve the consistency of the ice cream. Overall, I would rate this restaurant a 5 out of 5, keeping these minor observations in mind. Is this the top fine dining choice in Daytona?
