Buffalo Wild Wings - South Elgin

We waited about 20 minutes for service, but no one came to attend to us. There were plenty of waitstaff available, and even when we called the manager, he chose to ignore us. In the end, we had to leave. The service was disappointing, and we won’t be returning to this location.

We waited over 25 minutes for a waitress, but no one came. We ended up leaving the restaurant. Our attempts to get someone's attention were ignored, and there didn't seem to be any management present. The overall environment felt unsatisfactory.

The wings are excellent! I highly recommend trying the honey barbecue sauce—it's absolutely delicious.

Im sorry but whats going on with the size of the wings. It’s a wings restaurant for a reason. This is the third time I’ve order and I get frozen store size.

I go here often. The last 2 times we had Latory. Service was horrible. She never checked up on us. Only came to our table to take our order and to give us the bill. She is not friendly, she should NOT be working as a bartender. She seems miserable there. I've never seen her smile once. The bar wasn't even busy and she couldn't check on us to see if we need refills or how we're doing. Get y'all a new friendly outgoing bartender please
