Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónYesterday, I had to make a quick stop at this restaurant for coffee. I wish I had just kept going. The coffee was overpriced and terrible, with coffee grinds and greasy fingerprints all over the lid. Just the thought of it makes me shiver. I ended up throwing it in the trash.
My husband and I stopped by in the late morning on a Tuesday and were fortunate to snag the last table available. We were greeted warmly and found the staff to be very friendly. There was a wide variety of hot and cold food options to choose from. We ordered a pot of tea, I had a cheese scone, and my husband had a sausage sandwich. We both enjoyed the food and would definitely come back if we were in the area.
This restaurant is a bit on the expensive side. It seems that they use high-quality ingredients or have high overhead costs which drive up the prices. After Brexit, every penny will matter. I found the Swiss bun to dough ratio to be too heavy on the bun side for my taste, so I prefer Marks and Spencer's version.
Wow! This place us totally recommended. Tge cakes are amazing, great value for money and super tasty. As a regular scone devourer, this place is well worth a visit.
We have found heaven on earth, please visit this bakery you will not be disappointed, we bought rolls a french stick, mince pies and cake, not forgetting the sausage rolls they were all delicious, its a really quaint little bakery and the staff were very nice and friendly, there was even a que out of the door so that says it all really WONDERFUL!
