Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe drive-thru took over 20 minutes at 7:45 AM. It appeared that they were understaffed, possibly with only two people working, and the fryers weren’t prepared. However, the girl at the window was very friendly.
The wait time is quite long. It's important to double-check your order, as I've had issues several times. On one occasion, I ordered a regular iced coffee, which was perfect, but this time it was excessively sweet. I noticed that they were playing Latin music, which is fine for the atmosphere, but they really need to focus more on getting the orders right.
This is the second time you forgot to include the dip and crunch with the cheeseburger.
I really love the Tiny Tacos, but they didn't come with the sauce.
This was my most disappointing experience at Jack in the Box. Although my order was technically accurate, the quality was unacceptable. My burger had no cheese, the burger and tacos were cold, and even with no other customers in the restaurant or drive-thru, it took a long time to receive my food. In summary, I suggest steering clear of this location. Generally, though, I do enjoy Jack in the Box.
