The pork belly wasn't melt-in-your-mouth status but it was soft with a chew, and tasted sweet to me. The only downside is that there was way too much tom yum sauce, so my noodles were way too saucy and the last couple bites were very salty. Maybe putting the sauce on the side would help with this. Overall, I'd definitely try other items again if I see their truck.
Chicken noodle bowl with Thom Yum is good! But expensive for what it is...mostly noodles chicken. The sauce is the best part and the pickled carrots bring it up a notch
Really great food truck me and my girlfriend came here on a Thursday evening trying to find something to eat and we ran into spork and stick on 3rd also known as (Spark Social SF) and the coconut chicken is really good I really do appreciate the nice service that the guy recommended us to not get the spicy chicken cause it was already kind of spicy hot! He was a really nice guy I'm kind of sad I didn't get his name cause he did hook it up with a lot of chicken and noodles and the food was really good. We went during the evening time that way it's not too packed but on the weekdays it's really packed because Chase and UCSF is right across the street. There's also soccer field and you also sit down and watch TV inside spark social SF. I would recommend this restaurant because it's really nice and very quick also very yummy Me and my girlfriend personally loved it!
One of the best food trucks around! The best thing here is the Thai tom yum noodle bowl, specifically the vegetarian one that comes with amazing braised eggplant. Thank you Spork and Stix!
I was drinking at a brewery which has a rotating cast of food trucks for dinner, and Spork and Stix was the option du jour. Their listed hours were 4 pm 9 pm; when I ordered at 8 pm, they were out of my first choice, shrimp. I instead opted for coconut chicken and rice. The chicken was very tough, far too chewy, and severely overcooked. At least the accoutrements and rice were okay. The meat in my friend's order, bulgogi with noodles, was better, but the noodles were insipid.
