Mcdonald's - South Windsor

Quite busy, but always get in and out in a reasonable time. clean place and nice staff.

My friend has seen her drive thru today 4. february around 18 o'clock and when he reached the window to pay the women spoke in a forgein speech he had no idea what she said and he said another English speaking girl who suddenly appeared to take his money, why she is in the window if they don't speak English her answer was a schurre and a smile they just thought it would know!

Awesome job with the order especially the girl helping at the window after 5pm she's Awesome

The worst McDonslds used to be the one on Berlin Turnpike, this McDonalds takes the cake.Manager literally left an employee hanging in the register at 430pm on 12-29-21, 3 customers and a manager that can't even help a confused employee. Very sad, I just wanted to get my burger. I was told we're having isdues, reorder it I said the app took my money She said well then come back tomorrow and see the big boss I don't have time for this and walked off. Look at the tapes, pretty clear, the other customer walked out after I did, disgusted.I'll never see that McDonald's ever ever again. And I'm sure I'm not yhe first person, just the first that Saud anything

Absolutely the worst service ever. 3 times in row and will never go back. You close at 11pm. But I come at 10:30 and you’re closed. The one time I put in a late order you give me a Big Mac. Top half is lettuce and sauce no burger and the bottom is a chicken patty. You guys are a joke. Apparently ownership doesn’t want to make money.
