Super Chef-wok - Southampton

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Phoned the shop twice to ask where our food was. On the way we were told. Nothing arrived. Then just eat contact them and they say they tried delivering but we didn't answer. What a load of ****. Awful customer service. Certainly wont be using again.

Just popped in for a simple takeaway. Pancake rolls were good, as was the chow mein. Sweet and sour sauce wasn't bad, just not to my taste. Above all, this was incredibly cheap, 20-30% less expense than more than one other Chinese less than 200 yards away. Will be heading back when I next want good cheap eats.

Placed order, waited 1hr 30 mins. We called direct, placed on hold and then never received. Redialed to find the order hadn’t been even been cooked (30 mins after delivery time). No offer to rectify this error. Disappointing

After passing by this take away for many years, I decided to finally give it a go and it will be my only and last visit... i didn't order anything out of the ordinary: fried rice that was still frozen, pale sweet and sour chicken, special choi mein which meat looked reheated and the satay chicken which was as hard as the wooden stick. given that the food was cheap i would of still expected the food to be at least at a satisfactory standard.

Best Chinese food I had in years, clean and non-fat and helpful young ladies on the theke, order again yes.
