Waffle House - Southern Pines

The restaurant experience was delightful, and the food was served promptly. Although my cup could have used a refill once or twice, I was overall very satisfied.

I walked in and was really disappointed with the customer service. The staff member was unhelpful when my little sister was unsure about what she wanted and asked if she could come back later. The employee had a really rude attitude. The place wasn't clean either, and then I overheard her telling the lady next to us that something was dirty, saying she needed it back, and then she laughed. #YouCanDoBetter #BeCleaner

This is by far the best Waffle House I've ever visited. The customer service was fantastic, and the environment was clean and welcoming. A special thanks to the manager. I really enjoyed my experience!

Ham from my omelet was pampered. I could say it after the first bite. My secret told me if I wanted another kind of Omelette, I would have to pay for the HEALTH! After talking to the manager, I got my second omelette. This is our customer service.

The food was great and the service was excellent. Everything came out hot and even though they were very busy, we had no issues at all.
