Kirby's Prime Steakhouse Southlake

The service was indifferent and would have to vanish quickly before they disappeared. Service was not available or present asked about the meal after its completion never asked to cut into steaks to see if properly cooked. The food came slowly and was cold. No one asked how the meal was until a manager (or said was) came to the end open at this point it was not worth going through all. If it had been decided, it wouldn't have experienced it again before and took it as an abandoned night. Second time not so much. It is clear that they take care more about the big table and not the repetition customers. So we will vote with our feet.

We love Kirby’s because the food is amazing, mouth watering, the service is the best around and the ambiance is wonderful. It’s a great place to go for a special occasion! We love everything!

Unfortunately I have to drop my review to 3 stars after previously giving the restaurant 5. Our last trip was a disappointment. Order was messed up and food taste was subpar.

We always ask Keith because he is committed to offering the BEST SERVICE, plus the food is exceptional!

We celebrated our anniversary and it was very beautiful. We asked a table from the main area and sat in a quiet corner. Our waiter provided excellent service!
