This is the perfect spot for a fully customizable salad.

My wife and I ordered salads at this restaurant. The cost ended up being much higher than expected, reaching almost $45. We also decided to try some tea from their Tea Tap, which had 6 taps. However, only two of them actually had tea, while the rest dispensed lemonade. This was okay, but we found out that the ice machine was not working and only 3 taps were functioning properly. When we tried to get a refill, none of the taps were working by then. Overall, I think the restaurant has a decent concept but the high cost and failure to provide what they promised means we probably won't be returning.

As of 7/18/24 update: I contacted the restaurant via email and received no response over a week later. This lack of effort to address customer concerns shows where their priorities lie. The employee training and service for repeat customers is extremely poor. During a visit for an early dinner on 7/5, I ordered my usual wrap only to find out at the register that their ice machine was out of order. This meant no tap water, teas, or ice available, forcing customers to purchase a bottled drink for $3.50. It was frustrating that this information was not communicated before taking my order. The staff should have informed customers of the situation, or at least apologized and offered a complimentary drink. If I do not receive a satisfactory response from corporate, I will not be returning to this restaurant where the prices are already high and customer care is lacking.

MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GET A SALAD OR WRAP. THEY HAVE THE MOST AMAZING DRESSING AND TEAS/LEMONADES.

I wanted just a protein bowl with quinoa and chicken, and a few veggies. Other places like Cava, Crisp Green, Cool Greens etc offer this. I did not get a salad itself yet was charged $10 for lettuce I did not get, then $4 for chicken (fine), and another $4 for quinoa. Why is quinoa as much as chicken? Have never seen that. So I paid $18 for just 1 scoop of quinoa with some chicken, and a few veggies. Ridiculous. Will be going back to the other places. They need to have a protein bowl option in leu of just salad.
