Cattlemen's Club - Spallumcheen

A great dinner!!. Had the best Prime Rib Dinner ever at the Cattleman's Club Restaurant The Yorkshire pudding was outstanding and the best I have ever had. The ambiance is great, relaxing and comfortable. It is clear that Chef Dale takes great pride in every meal he prepares. I liked the rest of the menu and saw many items I would like to try next time we go back.

Friday Prime Rib Special $20 YUM!!. We were driving by on a Friday and saw this sign we turned around to give it a shot and were not disappointed!<br/ <br/ We looked at the menu just to see and it looked very good, but we wanted the Prime Rib. Our dinner was very nicely presented. The prime rib was perfectly cut to taste. The mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious, the freshly steamed asparagus was so tasty and my husband says the crispy outside, soft inside of the Yorkshire Pudding was %ing awesome! Nice selection of wines at decent prices. <br/ <br/ The only disappointment was dessert, we had the mile high chocolate cake everything else tasted very fresh, using fresh ingredients and homemade.... but the chocolate cake tasted stale and like it was made with edible oil product.<br/ <br/ The decor is rustic and country community hall ish very suitable for setting, etc. <br/ <br/ Recommended and would go again.

The menu is incredible, the food is even better! The staff and service is impeccable!

Thanks for Making it Special. I just wanted to say thanks for making our Grandmothers Birthday a special one. The food and Service were terrific. Not sure why the previous review would complain about getting hot plates, in fact I wish more restaurants would do this. Anyway THANKS…..
