Mezcal Taberna Mexicana - Spartanburg

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and the manager, Jeanet, is incredibly welcoming and friendly. She has a kind and warm-hearted nature.

The food was excellent, but the margarita was one of the worst I've ever had. I initially thought they may have accidentally made it a virgin drink, but the bill indicated it contained alcohol. I would definitely recommend the food, but I can't say the same for the margaritas. It was a watered-down frozen drink that lacked both flavor and alcohol.

I've visited this restaurant many times and have always loved it, but my most recent experience left me quite disappointed. While the food and service remain good, the music was excessively loud, and it was exclusively reggaeton. Since it's supposed to be a family restaurant, I found it inappropriate, especially when a song contained the explicit word “hijuep**t.” That language isn't something I encounter at home, and I really don’t appreciate hearing it in a restaurant.

The atmosphere is nice, the service is good, the menu is very little, the seasoning is really not good. I didn't like it ?

Delicious food, large portions and a wide cocktail list. I highly recommend
