Dairy Queen - Spencer

Spencer Dairy Queen has improved so much not only in appearance,but cleanliness and friendliness!!

The front counter staff is pleasant and quick until you have a complaint and then its all attitude. They give you food that is inedible, DQ is not a cheap place to eat and when to get cheese curds so burnt they are literally black and chicken strips thatare cooked so long they are shriveled up and the chicken is so dry you would choke if you ate it. But you're told no one thereis authorized to do refunds fully knowing there is a shift manager for every shift and they are just refusing to refund you fortheir mistakes.

Love it. my favorite blooming is minze oreo. the service is fast and they are nice. they have the choice to eat in or outside.

I was with this milk queen. was charged to eating my family 31.81. it was said they would bring it out. shakes sat on the counter until they were melted, she asked.

I wish 0 was an option. we went around 20:47 clock and they close at 9 o'clock. their lights were already outside and they did not come into the window to take our order.
