Pretty good, service was fantastic food was okay, some stuff was undercooked but great flavors.
I got Katsu Ramen and original milk tea with tapioca boba. I enjoyed every bite and loved the tea! Thank you!!
Ordered the Mongolian beef rice. Just a bunch of sliced up beef fat. Not even edible. Mostly just rice. Total rip off.
I have eaten at every ramen place in spokane. Kokoro is by far the best.
