Oscar's Cafe - Springdale

Rating is a 4.5. We had the ribs and salmon. I foolishly ordered the full rack of ribs and it was an insane amount compared to any where else I've ever ordered from. I only ate half. The bbq sauce was perfect, the meat was tender lean. The fries were good and onion rings great. The salmon was fantastic but the hit was the (not spicy hot) cheese filled pepper.Of course I had to save a little room for the Carrot cake. Be warned! The cake comes VERY HOT! We both burned our mouths. The cake is very delicious. Moist, lots of nuts, but not too sweet. I actually would like it sweeter because I have a giant sweet tooth.

Oscar's is a well-oiled machine. Service was incredibly quick and friendly. The food was delicious, with fall off the bone ribs, and good portions for the price. Though the menu was slightly lacking in variety, the quality of the food and incredibly fast service makes this an overall excellent spot after a day at Zion.

This is an amazing restaurant! The food is great and the service is impeccable. I got the pork chops and my wife got the fish tacos. The guacamole was delicious. I highly recommend this place. Been coming here for 6 years and have not left disappointed once.
