Our Hero Subs & More - Springfield

I needed 56 minutes to be ready. they didn't screw it or something, they were just slow. That's ridiculous. After I came home and I finally began to eat my sun, I found out that my sun paper had in it. I never come back.

My order took for ever ppl, who ordered after me, was gone before me and then she messed up my order that I called, and was told that I should bring back my sub again to supplement what they got for very terrible customer service, probably will not go back. personal on the back play smh I could on f

I ordered from here today and was always satisfied with my food and service. I called in an order and had to wait 45 minutes for a single sub. they were not busy or packed and another customer said they also wait 40 minutes. I would have known that it would take so long, I would not have ordered it because it would not have saved me time and I could have got it somewhere else faster and probably cheaper. I won't go back soon and just wanted to say they need to do better.

What a moment. we ordered 3 sandwiches and waited how enough time seemed for 10 or more. with so many places that would have taken out and doorstep I could have understood to be at the end of a long line, or something, but only one person came after us and we have not noticed and commanded leave. our food was okay, not great. the portions were ok, the cash was friendly.

This has been our go to sub shop for years , subs so juicy they came in a Styrofoam sub container so much meat and veg they put Jimmy Johns gargantuan to shame, now something has changed after 10 minutes on hold to place a order we arrived and placed our order in person after 33 minutes we got our subs a 12 inch traditional and 12 inch Italian normally worth the wait but not no more unfortunately this will be out last visit, subs came wrapped in paper but they where so dry it didn't need the old Styrofoam container anyway, and if your going to cut your meat by half don't cut the greenery only 2 meats ham and what i think was pepperoni and very little veg from best sandwich I ever had to worse in 1 visit so sad , P.S I told her the line was still open and she could hang up when I left
