Steak N Shake - Springfield

Love eating here and sad to see that many Steak n Shakes are closing. Will continue to visit this establishment as much as possible in the hope that it doesn't close any time soon. Good, fresh burgers and great shakes.I'm fond of the Kitkat.

They have great customer service. You will wait a little bit for your food but thats because its not fast food. Its definitely worth the money you pay. If only they would bring back the Cajun steak burger. Was my favorite ?

I came in at 12:30 today and it was busy. I seen managers going around asking about the food. The person that waited on my table was Elizabeth. Elizabeth is very friendly and did everything we asked for. She is wonderfull at her job. Also seen other friendly staff work together to beat the rush. Im definitely coming here again. She is also great with kids.

So. Waiter doesn't know what a straw is.... Food was cold. Dr.pepper tasted horrible. Ordered a very straight forward meal for me and my wife and burgers came out plain. Sent them back. Came back overly loaded. But it seems like the cook is a bit upset because it didn't have the actual meat when it came back.....I sent back again and left. With a petty cook like this he should be fired and someone else cook. Worst steak n shake ever!

Cold onion rings. And onion on sandwich was nor cooked enough. They were to tough to even bite through.
