I regret that I cannot provide a rating of zero stars, but it's not an available option. I'm expressing my dissatisfaction after three visits, confirming that this is not just a one-time occurrence. On each occasion at this particular location, the wait time for a basic coffee and snack has consistently been 20-25 minutes. This prolonged service time cannot be attributed to excessive busyness, and I find the service to be extremely unsatisfactory. I have decided not to return. Furthermore, it's worth noting that the restaurant Belgravia Hub next door provides a significantly better experience.

I go here very often and I’m never disappointed! Their drinks and pastries are delish as well as fair priced for what you get. Got the tiramisu today and it was so good that I just felt like I had to write a review on how much I like this place haha

The coffee tasted like instant coffee with water and the bakery is overpriced and doesn't taste like homemade.

Mouth wateringly good pastries and I had a Bagel that rivals Montreal’s.super chewy and flavourful. Coffee was strong and fresh. Atmosphere is quaint. Im going back.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level right from the parking lot.
