Fast and friendly service, the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean.
We live in the area of this store but have to drive to others because the service here is so bad! Hand them Cash and some employees here Struggle with cash and making change.I personally love the “Caramel Toffee Cold Brew with Less Ice” unfortunately the staff here Don’t know how to make the drink, I am served an Ice Coffee of Half the Price of what I ordered! It’s a $4.18 for a Medium Cold Brew and I get and Ice Coffee at this Location!I went back in the store and asked for a Manager because this has gone on Every time it’s ordered, I got a Grumpy older Philippine lady who only listened to part of what I was saying her and had THE SAME EMPLOYEE MAKE THE WRONG 4 DOLLAR COLD BREW AGAIN!Employees here Don’t Communicate, Work Together well and are usually Rude and Unprofessional. I’ve been here many times over the spring/summer and have Zero faith they can make a single Coffee Correctly! What a shame we have to Pass this store and go to another Tims.I would Recommend to Corporate that they just make small Vending Machines that Know how to make the drink you ordered and with Consistency Every Time!
Got a bagel double toasted with cream cheese and slices of tomato along with a coffee. Bagel was definitely double toasted, more than other locations toast, there doesn 't seem to be any consistency with how they are toasted I 'm finding. Some places, a regular toasting is the same as some places double toasting. The bagel wasn 't cut in half, which, almost every other location I 've been to across Canada has cut in half. Again, no consistency. The restaurant is newer on the inside which looks nice but one table was occupied with staff 's coloring books and coloring pencils, another table still had a mug and garbage on it and the other tables all had crumbs on them. Staff working the cash might as well be robots. It 's a bit confusing where to order at (which till is open, should have order here sign above cash and pick up here at the pick up station). Tim Hortons has gotten to be quite expensive without improving the quality of food. Not sure I 'll return to this location.
Encountered the most unpleasant lady working the till today. She would not even reply to us- she either nodded her head or said ‘ya’ with the rudest attitude I have experienced. How can they have her working with the public? Customer services skills are seriously lacking. What ever happened to friendly service with a smile? Won’t be returning.
