Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI go to this place since they opened the first day and they were always very accommodating. In the last 2 weeks I have used the online and paper coupons for the $3.00 Big Mac and added bacon for an additional fee (which I have also successfully ordered at 2 separate locations) Even tonight they were very accommodating. The manager of this shift (about 11:20 a.m. on Friday, 15. January 2021) was the complete opposite of the recording. I was informed by this person that she could not add to the $3.00 Big Mac?? I explained that in the last two weeks I had been there and other places that the restaurants have just accused me of the bacon. His only answer was? Your order will be finished in the second window?. When I arrived in the second window, it seemed to be confusion between the cashier and the manager after I added the bacon again. My voucher was scanned and the sum came to $3.15. I immediately knew that they didn't add the bacon as desired because I obviously wasn't charged for it. As always, I checked my sandwich and, of course, no bacon. I went back through the ride and asked to correct my order or if I could only get the bacon and pay for it... I had to have a painfully difficult conversation with the same manager who took my order and who has no understanding of customer service in connection with an arrogant attitude. When I tried again to explain how every other time and place I have made this exact order that it was never a problem and just want to pay extra for the bacon. He told me I had to order a $7.00? Big Mac Bacon? if I wanted that bacon added to my $3.00 Big Mac... So $4.00 for 2 strips of bacon... In my haste, I decided to use some voting words that I am not proud and possibly feed into his ignorance about my intelligence instead of simply asking for a refund and going to Wendys over the street. I understand that this is probably an idiotic movement of the McDonalds company itself to drive the sale of? Big Mac Bacon?. But all restaurant managers in each restaurant are able to add or remove fees on any order at any time to accommodate their customers. This was either a case of pure stupidity or flat from terrible customer service. I have been working in restaurants for 25 years and refuse to add additional money to a sandwich is totally ridiculous. I have visited this site for many years on average twice a week.... Never again. I will definitely become one of the 2 other locations on the way home from now on. Or I'll stay with Wendy, where the food quality is 10 times better and they'll let me pay for everything I want. Apparently this special manager at this McDonald?s doesn't want your extra money.... If you can't say that
Get it together. In the middle of winter. Refreshing rain. Your couriers are waiting for their order. Average waiting time, slightly over 10 minutes. Each other location has an inner waiting zone for its couriers. Frankly, you shouldn't even offer the delivery of this place if you don't have the status to let your drivers wait. What a joke of a company. My order was not even started when I arrived. You know I'm coming, you know it's winter. Wow.
The service is quick and on point. The food is made with fresh ingredients.
I typically do not write negative online reviews, but if nearly every order is incorrect or incomplete, then there is a problem. I recently placed an order and was asked to move to the waiting area. After a while, my order finally arrived, but it was incorrect. I had to go back through the drive-thru and was told it was a mistake. The employee simply said, "Have a nice day now," which I found to be ridiculous. There have been many occasions where I have driven a long distance before realizing my order was wrong or missing items, and it is frustrating to have to turn around and go back. I wish there was another McDonald's drive-thru closer by. I have complained before, but unfortunately, these incidents are all too common.
The service I received at this restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced. I went through the drive-thru and was told to pull aside to wait for my order. After waiting for 25 minutes, I had to go ask the employee bringing out the food why it was taking so long. He went inside, but after another 10 minutes, I had to go inside myself to inquire about my order. Finally, they gave me my sausage and egg meal and two snack wraps, but they had forgotten to include my fries. It was frustrating to have to deal with such poor service, especially from a well-known and popular food chain. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I have had well-done steaks come out quicker than this.
