Wild Wing - St. Catharines

I visited this restaurant for the first time since it moved from its original location. Unfortunately, the wings were quite small and didn't have enough sauce. I would suggest looking for other dining options—there are many better restaurants on St. Paul that probably offer better management as well.

The food here is really good! The wait times are usually short. One of the maple barbecue wing sauces is especially delicious. Sometimes our server forgets to provide utensils, but that’s understandable since most patrons just order wings and don’t really need them. This place is a bit more expensive than your typical wing bar.

This restaurant serves the best wings in town! The poutine is incredibly tasty as well. The staff is amazing, and they always have sports playing on the screens around the clock. It's a perfect place to relax and hang out.

I firmly stated that I would not leave without either my missing order or a refund. He mentioned that their online offerings were different and went to consult with the manager, which took another 10 to 15 minutes. During this time, I felt humiliated as the staff laughed and looked in my direction. As I am currently pregnant, I stood there the whole time, feeling uncomfortable. A kind gentleman offered me a seat, but I was too upset to take it. After a long wait, I requested to speak with the manager but was denied. The same person who had accused me of lying eventually informed me that I would receive a refund the next day, as they hadn’t processed it yet. I asked to speak to a manager or to receive written confirmation, but he disappeared into the kitchen and didn’t return for over 20 minutes. After waiting patiently, I approached the lady at the bar to see where he had gone, only to find out he was nowhere to be found. When I inquired about the manager’s name, she said she didn’t know. At that moment, the woman who had given me my order walked by. When I asked her for confirmation regarding the refund, she suggested I come back in another 30 minutes. She was dismissive and made me feel as though I was in the wrong. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating—I had spent about an hour trying to resolve an issue they had caused, only to be met with disrespect. They refused to provide me with the manager's name or any clear information about my refund. I plan to return tomorrow at 11:30 because I won't allow them to disrespect me regarding my own money. The staff was unhelpful and rude. While I understand that a new employee may be still learning, the situation escalated unnecessarily when I was called a liar. Although I have ordered from this place frequently, this will be my last visit.

The service at this restaurant is exceptional, and they truly excel at making you feel at home. The atmosphere is laid-back, making it ideal for a night out with drinks. However, the food takes a bit longer to arrive and isn't the best I've experienced. If it came out more quickly and tasted a little better, it would definitely warrant a five-star rating. During my last visit, I ordered a burger that wasn't very visually appealing, although it tasted decent. On the other hand, their garlic parmesan fries are fantastic! I really value the service here!
