Mcalister's Deli - St Charles

I frequently visit this restaurant without any issues, but yesterday, my sister ordered a Cobb salad and specifically requested no nuts due to her nut allergy. Unfortunately, she found nuts in her salad and had an allergic reaction that made it difficult for her to breathe. It's crucial for the staff to understand the importance of following the order tickets precisely to ensure food is prepared as specified. Thankfully, she was able to access some medication in time. It's essential for the restaurant to prioritize listening to customers regarding their dietary restrictions to prevent incidents like this.

I think our unofficial goal is to eventually dine at every restaurant location. When we found a place in Texas, the first thing we did was park our RV and go straight to eat there. We also love all the locations near our home. I highly recommend eating at any of their locations if you value outstanding food and exceptional customer service that can't be matched.

Every time my sons and I make the drive from the Kansas City area back to Ohio, we always make it a point to stop at this restaurant. We really enjoy the kid's meal deal, and it’s the ideal place to take a break from the long and tiring journey!

When placing a mobile order, don't waste your time requesting it to be ready at a specific time. They will prepare it as soon as they receive the order, and then your food will just sit there getting cold until you arrive.

This restaurant is outstanding for lunch or dinner. If only they served breakfast, it would be absolutely perfect.
