Porthgwidden Beach Cafe - St. Ives

Average food Fried squid ,mussels as main, excellent chips Crab and prawn cocktail very good , lemon Sole good but at £28 over priced We had 2 ciders and a sticky toffee to share and bill was £100. Maybe normal for St Ives but from London and used to high prices thought it was over priced by about 25% Service was excellent

A wonderful evening with great food and excellent service. We were made to feel very welcome and my little grandson loved all the attention he got! The staff were so friendly and helpful, it made for a wonderful and memorable evening. We will be back next year!

Came here as a family of 4 for an evening meal . Beautiful views and the staff were really friendly and attentive. We all enjoyed our food including the children. I would definitely revisit next time we’re down here.

We enjoyed our dinner at Porthgwidden lovely friendly staff and great view. The food was not exceptional but it was good enough particularly the marinated pork belly with cashew cream. We will certainly be going there again and would recommend it to others.
