Man in the store harassed us so we decided to leave. Very unacceptable
Horrid when the manager is out. The manager is great and ensures everything runs smoothly, but I always have a problem here when hes out. I mean ALWAYS something. Rude staff, overcharged, mistakes with food. I solved the first 2 problems by ordering online, only to find that when the manager is out, they screw up online orders consistently. Today's blunder was a no cheese sandwhich with chicken instead of steak. Ive had wrong cheese, wrong veggies, but wrong meat?I can no longer recommend this store. Not even for mobile orders.
The kid working this morning was EXTREMELY argumentative with me about what I was ordering to the point he wouldn’t stop arguing. Completely unprofessional. No manager in the location, giving his 2 friends hanging out free food while they were trying to argue with me as well! Really needs to properly train employees and have a manager on duty!
There was no one there speaking as customers and the person who is behind the counter acted like I was inconveniencing him I even being in the store made me wait at least 5 minutes even start my order and every time I said something I had to repeat it because it was like he couldn't hear me he was very rude abrupt I was very unhappy still am so no I give this store and it's employees a 10 thumbs down very unhappy I've been to much better subways or at least the person was upbeat or or at least paid attention to what I was saying even though he was looking they're looking at me thinking see what I'm saying and he just acted like he could care less is like it was like talking to a stone wall ???????????
