I was served undercooked hibachi meat, which I ate more the half of before discovering that several pieces were undercooked and raw on the inside.I showed the meat to the staff, but they did not take the incident seriously. I also explained at checkout that I was unhappy with the quality of the food and that I couldn't finish eating because I felt sick. However, they still charged me full price for the meal. I left hungry, nauseous, and upset.The front of house was staffed by young people who do not understand what it means to serve their customers with excellence. It was obvious that they had no respect for the integrity or reputation of the business.Extremely disappointed with this restaurant. They are very unprofessional and I will not eat there again or recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The food tasted good. There were not many choices of food on a Tuesday night after Christmas. Easy-going relax atmosphere.Parking: Parking is under a building and behind the restaurant.
This has been the worst buffet experience me and my family have ever had. We went for a late lunch/early dinner at Kumo today, and it was tragic.All of the hot food options were cold. Many of the dishes tasted like the had been sitting out for several hours. The dumplings were dried out. Overall, a disappointing and sad experience for all of us :
Very nice find in Stamford. They have an all you can eat buffet with Hibachi where a robot comes to your table with food.
