Contribuir a la retroalimentación*Sigh* sad faceYou guys changed your sweet potato fries. The new anorexic fries are horrible. I'll have to find a new spot for thicker sweet fries. The only thing I still like are the salads, I hope you don't change them or I won't have a reason to visit. Also, storing your bread in direct sunlight on a 87* day isn't a good idea. Most people know the condensation causes the bread to become stale and even mold in a short time. This looks like a good bit of your bread... which had very foggy looking plastic around it. Looks like it had been in the sun for a long while.
Good burger joint. I had a bacon and cheese burger, and regular fries. The fries were made to my liking as they were light on the grease level and not overcooked. It appears that there's a charge for extra condiments (e.g. ranch, etc. , as when one of my party members asked for ranch after myself, they were informed of a fee, not me. The food is good but overpriced compared to other similar places in the area.
I always pass by this place to and from home so I decided to give it a try for dinner on a Monday night. The drive thru is always packed but the inside isn't too busy.I opted for the California Deluxe Burger which is basically a sourdough patty melt with bacon, avocado, and extra cheese. My god it looks good and the taste was pretty damn good. My wife got a regular cheeseburger and that one tasted like a good quality burger as well. We shared sweet potato fries and they were nice and crispy. We always ask for ranch on the side to pair fries and their ranch is top tier too! Everything was great, but a little pricey. $9 for my burger, $6.50 for a regular cheeseburger, and $6 for sweet potato fries is a pretty expensive dinner. I get that it's a local business but it's a bit much for just 3 items on the menu. Idk if I would be back since it's not a value pick to be here but that California Deluxe Burger got me thinking about it a lil bit!
I prefer this location compared to the Magnolia location. Service here is better and food is cooked better. I ALWAYS get the fried zucchini because it's perfectly breaded and extra flavor from the parmesan cheese on top definitely my favorite thing on the menu. The Magnolia locations seems to over fry the zucchini and ends up too crunchy hurting my mouth but the Knott location everything is cooked to perfection. This visit I tried the steak sandwich and it was good 5/5. I usually get the cheeseburgers or grilled cheese which are also 5/5 in my opinion.Cashier who took our order was very polite (I didnt get her name. Also the restaurant is immaculately clean :
After reading reviews to see if other customers have had horrible experiences, looks like a majority can relate to one thing.... this restaurant has terrible customer service. i was reminded why i never come here anymore, with my recent experience. if i was able to give this place ZERO stars, i would. today, i went through the drive through and attempted to order a plain cheese burger with fries and so i thought it would just be cheaper for me to get the combo that includes the drink. i thought wrong. after i ordered, the young woman on the headset told me my total was $18. i drove to the window but thought to myself why the price for a burger combo was so expensive and gave her the benefit of the doubt that she must've mistakenly heard me add more to my order. i approach the window and she tells $18 and i ask her why it was $18. The woman tells me that The burger itself is $10. So that means $6 for fries and $2 for a drink? lol She proceeds to tell me that despite wanting a plain burger, they still charge for the tomatoes and the lettuce.... wouldnt i be doing them a favor by saving them more lettuce and tomatoes instead of me just throwing them away if i got it in my burger? whatever. i asked her to remove the drink, she told me the new price of $16. she continues to awkwardly stare at me, giggle, and speak to her coworkers on the headset. I told her i was better off going to in n out where i could get a fresh burger for half the price of what they were trying to charge me.I understand coming out to eat is getting expensive but it just simply did not make sense to me. as i'm asking her to break down the price of each, she just stares and laughs at me. at this point, i'm confused because i don't understand how me asking to take my drink off, is funny. she closed the drive through window and i see her calling her coworkers to approach her and one comes to the window, looks at me, and laughs at me. She shoves my card back at me, slams the drive through window on me, and i leave. The customer service is horrible. dont waste your time coming here because they dont care and they just have woman with nasty attitudes working the drive through. If you do not like working with customers, do not apply to work a job where you have to deal with them. stop taking your misery out on the customers. as for the prices, save your money and go somewhere else. the food isnt as worth it anymore.
