Subway - Star City

Cashier William, also known as Billy, took the time to explain the Meal Deal to me even though I could tell I was starting to annoy him. I should have read the sign better myself. Anyway, a big thank you to him. I came in for the Meatball Sub because I had seen it mentioned in a movie and told my best friend that we needed to try it one day. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the movie. I tried to search on Google, but it wasn't Point Break. The sub was decent, but nothing special, unlike the cookies! Just remembered the name of the movie, thank God! It was "The Whale".

Bunch of cheapskates!!! They started with limits on the coupons.Now they are not doing coupons. They also own the one in monticello. Lying saying they doing it because of shortage but other subways have no problem taking them. Even with this so called shortage. They also have the worse bread around. Half the time its stale. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

I have been to this Subway a few times in my passing through for work. I did a pickup salad order today cause I was starving. When I got there I waited 30 min. My salad was not ready and there was only one person working. The only vegetables he had to put in my salad was iceberg and cucumbers. I politely declined to accept that and let the young man know I would contact management when I come through again on Monday Update: Got my replacement salad and it was very disappointing. They way the measure out the veggie selections make for a very tiny salad for the price. I will probably just get my salads from Speedy Burger when I'm in Star City. Speedy Burger has quality food for the price and it's a locally owned business

The owners of this restaurant are dishonest and untrustworthy; they have been caught stealing from employees and falsely terminating them for no legitimate reason. I will be taking legal action against them for submitting false information and discrimination. They also provided misleading information about my employment position, resulting in incorrect income reporting to the IRS, despite deducting taxes. As for the restaurant itself, they do have wheelchair accessibility and I recommend dining in for service.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The waiter was fantastic and provided excellent service. The food, service, and atmosphere all received perfect scores of 5.
