Vesuvio's Italian Pizzeria

I took my wife to Vesuvio's to celebrate her birthday, after a friend's recommendation, and I couldn't be happier with the choice. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was lively, and the staff was friendly and delivered outstanding service. I've discovered a new favorite spot for a night out. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for delicious Italian cuisine.

I recently discovered what might be the best Italian sub in Statesville, and perhaps even in all of North Carolina! I'm absolutely in love with this place. The food is incredibly fresh, and they use high-quality ingredients. I found Vesuvio's this week and have already visited three times. First, I had the Italian sub, then the cheesesteak, and finally the pizza — all were outstanding. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the server who helped me each time was a genuine pleasure. I really can't say anything negative about this restaurant; you have to check it out!

I enjoyed it a long time ago when it was called “Amalfi.” I haven’t visited in years, but I’m pleased to see that the menu still offers excellent Southern Italian cuisine. The dishes are vibrant and full of flavor, and the service was provided by a skilled waitress.

Amazing, authentic Italian food with the nicest people you will meet. Best pizza in Statesville, and great specials. Proud to be a regular!
