Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe place is a must for every cheese lover: They serve beautiful varieties of cheese fondue and raklettes (served in beautiful traditional raclette machine. In addition to cheese, they also serve some other dishes such as steak, flame cake, tapa's,... local freshly baked bread is served with the fondue while getting small potatoes (according to onions and pickles) with the raclette. The service is very friendly and attentive. Since the restaurant is not large, a reservation is often required. In total, a nice cozy cheese restaurant in the middle of a cozy small town (cooks) in the heart of the Black Forest.
We ate outside in the cute courtyard which was a very lovely location. It was defiantly picture worthy! The food was ok but the drinks were great.
Went a big group around 14, and all had different tasty plates! The fondue was excellent! The owner explained everything and made us feel at home! Very recommended!
I am a frequent gast since 10 years, surely the best fondue in our region. Romantic atmosphere and awesome stuff.
Beautiful restaurant with lovely waitresses, service was very good, staff friendly and helpful (since I'm coeliac). The food and wine were excellent and no side effects! My husband had steak, cooked at the table on a hot stone with rosemary potatoes. I had tapas shrimps, salad and hummus.
