Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónEating was really good as usual. our waitress seemed to be lost. she didn't bring any good and took it forever. that was cold. I wanted dessert and waited for a brownie like 10 minutes. I'll be back there, but that wasn't the biggest time.
When the evening arrived, the place looked like he was closed. there were no lights that turned on everything. I notified 2 waiting staff that there were no lights outside. when I left, the lights on the outside were all up and the parking seemed to have more vehicles in it afterwards. our drinks came to our table without having to ask serviettes for them. Eating utensils were disgusting looked dirty. a senior discount is something they get, but they need to ask for it. I had experience better in past.
We ended up ordering to go and the food wasn't good... Rubbery bread, sauces mixed on my other dish making the chicken soggy.. just bummed for $100
There was no sense of urgency towards customers from wait staff. Asked multiple times for napkins to finally getting our own after appetizers were served. Empty glasses sat at end of table as multiple staff walked by looking at them with Empty hands. Bill started adding extra things to out tab automatically... food was good..
Our server was amazing! However, I watched another server take our food to the table next to us. When she went in the back and then after talking to our original server, brought out the plates she had just given to another table, we refused those plates of food. The server who brought our food out then proceeded to speak with the manager on duty, who went into the kitchen with the second server. Approximately 5-7 minutes later, she returned with the same food just put on a different plate with some parsley sprinkled on it to make it look pretty. It was obvious my steak had been put on the grill again, I ordered medium and it was well done, and the broccoli and potatoes were cold. When I asked for the check and my to go order, I was told that they would remake the food. I explained to our server that we did not want to eat food that had been given to someone else and that trying to give us the original food on another plate did not correct the initial issue of giving someone else that food first. We were offered free dessert, but due to a tree nut allergy, we couldn’t accept. This started out as a great visit and tanked very quickly. Not once did the manager apologize, but the waitress did and she was amazing!! I like Applebee’s but I won’t be going back.to this location.
