Absolutely fantastic, under more than a perspective. I had the tip to come here from the concierge of the hotel I was staying at, with the reccomendation to try the lobster Tintino style, which I asked for. They promptly found me a table outside, and a female lobster with eggs, which contributed to an excellent sauce, and they presented it to me in such a wonderful way to allow me to eat it with fork and knofe, without touching it with a finger. The lobster was excellent, as the Torbato di Alghero wine they suggested to me, but the way it was presented was absolutely unique. I will return, no doubt.
Here’s the best sardinian bread we tried, other dishes are delicious and fresh too. Kind and polite staff, they have made a table for us even tho the restaurant was busy.
Gradevole albergo a Stintino, camere pulite e confortevoli, forse un po’ di odore di cucina, anche se giustificato dal fatto che il ristorante è di ottimo livello: da provare i baci alla Silvestrino, la Fregola, il fritto ed in generale i piatti di pesce. Siamo stati bene, la concierge gentilissima è molto simpatica.
Poco da dire, il locale ha una sua lunga storia/tradizione e la si sente nei piatti. Sanno come trattare il pesce ed i sapori sono spinti ma molto digeribili. Rapporto qualità prezzo a mio giudizio corretto. Il servizio è puntuale e cordiale. Meglio prenotare per tempo.
