Chinese Village - Stirling

A few reasons for the score: 1. We got takeaway from this restaurant two years ago and it was, hand on heart, the best Chinese takeaway I’d had in years, fast forward two years and it was pretty poor. From a 10/10 Kung po chicken to a 3/10. 2. They missed two portions of chips from our order, which was for the kids (who were devastated) and we only realised when we had travelled a hour ten miles back to where we were staying. I messaged them and they did not apologise. 3. No means of ordering online. This is 2024.

We 've just had takeaway from Chinese Village Callander, and I can honestly say, this has to be the best Chinese meal we 've had in a long time The place is under new management. We were served within 15 mins of ordering which is second to none service. Also, and this is the big plus fir me the rice dishes are served in the classic silver foil tray, which I much prefer to the plastic ones I highly recommend trying Chinese Village, if you haven 't already, and if we 're ever in Callander again, then yes, we 'll be going back 100

Awful, food bland. Missing items. Long wait to get them. Pretty poor over all. Not to mention the 60 attempts to get through on the phone to inform them of the missing items. Much better places to eat In Callander

Lovely food but I was only person in for lunch. Having said that, two parties were turned away around 13.00 saying takeaway only. Bit confusing. Also waitress decided to vacuum whilst I was eating

We ordered a delivered take away was excellent with prompt delivery highly recommended if in the area.
