Mcdonald's - Stirling

Went to McDonalds Stirling, the one at Sainsbury's, tried to place order machine not working so went to counter, totally blanked by staff , ender up leaving, total waste of time, definitely won't be back.

I will never eat another mcdonalds again in murray place ,stirling. Left everything as it was. Complained to staff. totally blanked..

The food was not served on time. When I inquired, I was informed that our order was missing even though it had been paid for. The salad was unsatisfactory, with dry chicken and no dressing. The menu mentioned cherry tomatoes, but only one slice was included in the salad. There was a lack of concern from the staff. On a positive note, the children enjoyed the playground.

Two pretty good efforts with my sausage mcmuffin breakfast. It is what it is but these two efforts much better than many others I have had elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience tonight at this restaurant. I placed my order through the app for a double Mcplant meal with only tomato, cheese, and lettuce on top of my bun and patties. However, when I received my order, I found that all the sauces, dill pickles, and onions were still on it despite my allergies. I removed these toppings, but to my dismay, they were still present in the burger. I am shocked and cannot believe this happened.
