Papa Johns Pizza - Stockbridge

The customer service here is awful. There is no menu in the building so when I went to order I asked what their specialty pizzas were. He said I would have to look online. I pulled out my phone to look online and he took the next customer and very rudely dismissed me when I tried to order.

Ordered a epic garlic stuffed pizza worst mistake of my life. $22 (w tip) for a poorly made and poor tasting pie. Not enuff toppings for a $22 pie. Didn't taste the garlic in the crust! Not enough pepperoni or sausage on the pie. Not enuff cheese in the crust !! When the toppings are drowning in the cheese , guess what ? There's not enough toppings!! (And I did not ask for extra cheese)

Supervisor on night shift don’t where gloves. I seem her type a order on the computer answer the phone then go right back to making pizza.

I ordered a buffalo chicken, pepperoni and bacon pizza when I received it..it was hard as a brick thin crust, hard overcooked , it was cold..I was on the phone like 45 minutes before I got someone on the phone and all they could say they’ll cancel my order which I already have the freaking pizza and it would take 2 hours for it to get remade..I’m so pissed right now!!!! The papa John on 5582 north Henry blvd sucks..they didn’t care about my order and how I felt!!! When you pick the pizza so hard it just comes apart

I only put 5 stars for this review to be READ!!! Order from some where else...SMH...Shaq you need to take your name off of this pizza or step your game up. I ordered the Shaq A Roni. There was not 1 piece of pepperoni on it. Why would I pay for a large cheese pizza. I went to pick my order up and thank GOD I looked before I paid. The store is a absolute MESS. There is no way in the world that Stockbridge location is passed a health inspection. The pizza pans were literally all over the floor. I actually saw the delivery person put the food in the microwave and then the red bag for a delivery. There was a guy that also called his order in and the person at the register just couldn't get it right. Was she on drugs? Something was going on. No one even offered to get my order correct so I left. SMH!!! The store honestly needs to be SHUT DOWN and reopened with a whole new staff after it's cleaned of course!!!
