Pizza Hut - Stone Mountain

Good place about 15 minutes for a fresh pizza and good not undercooked or doughy

Ordered online. Pizza came quick. The problem was it was someone else's pizza. So when I called the store they put me on hold 2x. After sitting on hold for more than 10 minutes they picked up and hung up right away. The last time I called I sat on hold for more than 30 min. I check the hours and these people actually transferred me to a number and closed the restaurant all while I sat on hold. I don't eat pork which is exactly what they sent me. No dinner tonight? It's almost 11pm by now. Mad as hell! We'll stay with Marcos from now on!!!

Customer service and friendliness has greatly improved; however they never seem to get my online orders as requested. For instance, I selected a seasoned crust (buttery garlic),but when I received the pizza, it the dough crust was plain. Another time, in the special instructions section, I asked for the pizza to cooked well done. Well it came out with the dough crust white, so I asked that if be refired. If they would pay attention to detail, they would receive a higher ratings from me.

I don't know who cooked my pizza because it looks and tastes perfect!!!!!

Pizza gurenteed to deliver in 30 min. 25 min after the scheduled time there is no Pizza no answering the phone. I'm on hold for 15 min. Who knows when and if the pizza will arrive
