Waited 6 minutes to order, waited 30 minutes for the KFC 5 PC big box tenders. Manager is nice enough to let me know after my purchase that there were 7 orders ahead of me in the drive thru. The Taco Bell orders are coming out quick. No one is hustling to make the orders except the manager. I will not be back to this location. The same goes for the Thousand Oaks location. Their service is not what it used to be!

First time ordering from this location. I made a huge family order worth about $70. When I arrived, the had no more white meat. I told them I would wait for them to make some more and that it wasn’t a problem. It took this location about 25 minutes to make more white meat chicken to complete the order. When I got home, I was missing one of two orders of chicken nuggets. I tried calling to get a refund for one of the chicken nugget orders and no one answers the phone. I just want a refund for the part of my missing order. Order #71165989

I had been a long time since we had been to this KFC, and now I remember why.The chicken was way over cooked, the outside was dark brown bordering on black.There was a pool of grease in the bottom of the box, like it had not been drained off, strait from the fryer to the box.Not impressed with this location, will not be back here.

The best fast food served fast. Very good vibes and attitudes. Love that it's clean and workers are courteous and say welcome In. Food is ready in 1 min. Very fast service. Love it will continue to come back
