While Chuck's taste and ambience are certainly great, what our evening special really did, Ms. Mackenzie's customer management. She went out of her way to make us welcome and made sure. Simple burgers became a gourmet menu only because of their great setting. I hope management will reward them for their charming personality and great service.

For the first time yesterday (in Oshawa by Thickson Rd). I had a smokehouseburger with roasted sweet potatoes. The burger was so delicious! It is juicy, fresh and tasty. Service was also great (here is Brown). Both my friend and I had a very good experience in this restaurant, we will definitely go back.

Chuck?s was a below average experience. Reached at 11 and weren?t given a table at first even though the closing time is shown as midnight. The steak prices were the only great thing in our meal but they were literally what the price dictates; very cheap quality and dry. Only enticing factor is they have 50% off apps after 9pm every night.

Hi Chucks, my family ordered my fathers day lunch. Although we are not able to enjoy the food on site, they are still very good. Perfect ! Definitely will come again when the restaurant is open for dine in.

Was really busy when we went on Tuesday night at 10:00, but our waitress was great. Parts for the wings, rings and fingers were more than usual compared to other places where I was.
